Fewer listings, checked properly
Most portals compete on volume, which means nobody reads what goes out. We would rather publish less and be able to explain every line of it.
Property records arrive from sellers and their agents, are checked against what we know about the area, and are published only when the facts are right. Where a figure comes from the seller, we say so instead of implying we measured it ourselves.
The same applies to what is missing. A record without the detail a buyer needs stays unpublished, rather than appearing with gaps a viewing has to fill in.

Every listing is checked against what we know about the area before it appears. An incomplete record stays unpublished rather than going out with gaps.
Figures as supplied
Prices, measurements and running costs come from the seller or their agent. We publish them as supplied and say so, rather than presenting them as verified.

How a listing reaches the site

The record arrives
Property details come in from the seller or their agent, with photographs, measurements and asking price.

We check it
Facts are read against the area: the town, the subregion, what comparable homes are asking, and whether anything is missing.

A person publishes it
Publication is an explicit decision, never automatic. Nothing becomes visible because an import ran.

It stays current
When a home is reserved or sold, the listing changes with it. A sold home does not sit on the site looking available.

Resale specialists covering Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca resale, speaking English, Spanish. Enquiries go to the team rather than a call centre, and the person who answers is the person who knows the area.
