This site is operated by the 2nd.homes resale team. The legal entity, registered address and data-protection contact must be confirmed before public launch; this document is not complete until they are.

If you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you give us, together with the property the enquiry relates to. We do not require an account to browse, and browsing does not create one.

Homes you save are stored in your own browser, on your device. That list is not sent to us and we cannot see it.

To answer your enquiry and to arrange viewings. Enquiries are recorded in our customer relationship system so that whoever helps you can see the history.

Our hosting provider, our database provider and our customer relationship system, each acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about a purchase, and for a reasonable period afterwards. The retention period must be set before launch.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
